Mary Flynn, Certified Public Accountant; President/CEO
Mary is a Certified Public Accountant who founded her company twenty years ago. She specializes in consultation services such as new business set up, corporate merger and divestiture; strategic planning, organizational structure, corporate objectives and policy development, business intelligence and business advisory services. Tax preparation and tax planning for your business or individual needs as well as in depth retirement planning from a tax perspective. Having an extensive knowledge of real estate investing and related tax law, she can advise on the benefits of real estate ownership. Being a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, Mary is also an expert in accounting systems set up, analysis and design. Mary enjoys the investigative aspect of financial analysis and takes pride in becoming a business partner; assisting her clients in achieving their goals and dreams, both business and personal.
She is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), National Association of Certified Quickbooks Advisors (NACQA), Harrisburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, PANO. In her spare time Mary is also the treasurer for the Millicent Hooper Foundation.
Frank Antonicelli, Business Planning and Development; Grant Services
Frank's extensive experience in Project Management and Strategic Business Planning, previously for IBM and as a consultant on various assignments, allows him to lead and manage the Business Planning, Development and Grant Services offerings of our firm. Goal oriented and experienced, he is a proven asset and is committed to providing the services our clients need and deserve in these specialized areas.
Lauren Boblick, Senior Accountant
Lauren brings to our Firm her wealth of experience and knowledge. She graduated from Penn State University in December 2006 with a BS in Accounting. Upon graduation, she worked in public accounting for KPMG. After working at KPMG, she was a senior accountant at Daily Racing Form, a publisher of horse racing newspapers and other publications. She passed the CPA exams in 2007. We are excited to have her here as a part of our team. With her knowledge, organizational, analytical and communication skills, she is a definite asset to our Firm. In her spare time, Lauren loves spending time with her son Braden and her husband Tim. She also likes to walk, take zumba classes and bake.
Shirley Jones, Receptionist/Secretary
We are happy to have Shirley on board as our part time Receptionist/Secretary. Shirley previously worked for a client of ours and we are blessed to have her join our team! She is outgoing and friendly and will keep us organized and on our toes! She will be the schedule coordinator and communications and organizational specialist for our firm. She will make sure all of our clients get only the best service and communication from our firm. Another fine addition to our team!
Dylan Warfield, Accounting/Office Clerk
Dylan Warfield is our Accounting/Office Clerk who started working for us in January. He is an energetic, enthusiastic young man who is very eager to learn, organized and outgoing too! We love having Dylan as a part of our team! Dylan is a senior at Central Dauphin High School and will be attending Penn State Harrisburg in the Fall.
Jonathan Hopta, Tax Season Intern
Jonathan Hopta is our Tax Season Intern working with us part time for tax season to gain experience in this area and assist throughout the very busy season. He is hard working, driven and focused and we are happy to have him with us! Jon recently graduated from the University of Maryland with his degree in Accounting. He is engaged to be married and has a September 2012 wedding planned.
Lynsie Reese, Office Administrative Assistant -Part time
Lynsie Reese is our part time office Administrative Assistant working with us throughout the busy tax season. Lynsie recently graduated from Virginia Tech and majored in Marketing. While she is still seeking full time employment in her area of study, we are happy to have her here with us now. She is very personable, energetic and eager to take on any new task.
Sarah Ardire, Administrative Assistant- Full Time
Sarah Ardire is our new Administrative Assistant working full time for us. Sarah is very friendly, outgoing and organized! This is exactly what we need! She is a self motivated person who gets the job done and seeks to go above and beyond with any task assigned to her. We are also very happy to have her as a part of our team!
