Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act -this could apply to you as a small business or a tax exempt organization. You could be eligible for a new tax credit if you have fewer than 25 employees and less than $50,000 in average wages and you pay employee health insurance premiums for these employees.  You can be eligible for a 35% credit in 2010 for small business or 25% credit for tax exempt organizations.  Contact us to find out if this applies to you and how you can make sure you get this credit for 2010.

Alternative Minimum Tax may hit many taxpayers not previously subject to this tax.  The exemption amount has decreased and will subject many taxpayers to this additional tax.  Please contact our office to find out if you are one of these people and what you can do about it.

PA Tax Amnesty is here and you have until June 18th to file and pay past due taxes without penalty and only 50% interest.  Now is the time to do this!  Contact our office to assist you in this process.
